After this is done, your sites will be added to these search engines and after this you can traffic from these search engines.You dont need to add seperate pages to it. If you add your blog it is enough . After this if anybody searches related to the things in your blog , then yours be in first page, then they enter in to your site.Unique sites can get high search ranking.Making your result in first page makes more than in 10th page.
